This obligation persists even after the termination of this Agreement.
Data Protection and Privacy

Limitation of Liability

Termination
Either party has the right to terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party commits a material breach of any provision. Upon termination, the Client will pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
Force Majeure
Maroon Mediaworks Limited shall not be liable to the Client for any failure or delay in the performance of obligations under this Agreement caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, strikes, or natural disasters.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Amendments
Maroon Mediaworks Limited reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and shall become effective immediately upon posting.
